Warm, inviting, commanding, magnetic, and simply a breath of fresh air! These are just a few words that are used often to describe Tiara. Since childhood, she has always been a leader amongst her peers and others. Tiara got into public speaking at a young age when she often orchestrated events at her high school surrounding black history, young women empowerment, and more. While serving in the military, Tiara was handpicked several times to speak at special events for high-level officials. Public speaking came very naturally to Tiara throughout many different times in her career.

Today, she’s frequently invited and requested to sit on panels, boards, and stand-alone speaking engagements. She covers small business success, maternal health advocacy, and personal growth and development. On July 29, 2021, through her Small Business Group, she joined Vice President Kamala Harris, SBA Administrator Isabella Guzman & Rep. Jason Crow for a Conversation on Economic Recovery and the Build Back Better Plan.
