The Phenomenal Mama was created from a simple but powerful belief: families deserve care that centers dignity, informed choice, and community — from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond.
Founded by Las Vegas native and Air Force veteran Tiara Flynn, The Phenomenal Mama brings together frontline doula care, maternal-health advocacy, and business mentorship to support families and strengthen the birth-worker ecosystem.
Through labor and postpartum doula services, speaking engagements on pregnancy justice and health equity, and the Doula Business Blueprint mentorship program, we don’t just support births — we build confidence, leadership, and lasting change.

Tiara Flynn is a wife, mother, Air Force veteran, and small business owner who has dedicated most of her life to serving others. Whether it was through her military service or helping small businesses grow through her marketing firm and online marketing platform, Tiara was born to serve.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Tiara has been volunteering and working since she was a child. At age 14, she landed her first paid internship on a local political campaign. During this, she realized her passion for public service. Upon high school graduation, Tiara enlisted in the Air Force. From 2007 to 2016, she completed three duty assignments, three overseas deployments, and numerous other relief and humanitarian missions throughout the U.S.
Halfway through her military career, as majority owner and CEO, Tiara joined her family marketing firm (a small business marketing firm dedicated to helping other small businesses grow through the marketing process). Her combination of military experience and drive to support small businesses is an invaluable attribute that allows her to provide intelligible guidance and direction to the employees, the clients, and the community. Her long-term vision was to expand the operations through an international online platform to reach small businesses worldwide. Thus, the Sumnu Solutions Zone was born. Tiara is determined to have the zone contact as many aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners as possible to eventually revolutionize how they approach marketing.
Finally, from her experience with her pregnancies, Tiara has grown a love for the birthing process and the support towards other moms in their own experiences. Therefore, she started her certification process in March 2019 to become a labor and birth doula, embarking on another career path dedicated to serving others. In the absence of her birth mother, Tiara took to the books aggressively with a burning desire to help mothers and families. After helping family and close friends, Tiara decided to start her Full Spectrum Doula Services Practice, Phenomenal Mama 🙂
